Founding Pilot Risk-Free Guarantee
ENPITS Founding Pilot is a founder-led Done-for-You GTM service. It is a single offer: $3,000, one time. The pilot runs in two phases: a ~2-week setup (dedicated sending infrastructure + warm-up, borne by ENPITS, non-refundable, and not counted toward the guarantee) followed by a 45-day measured window that begins on the first cold-email send date ("Kickoff"), not the signing date. Guarantee: at least one qualified meeting within the 45-day measured window, or 100% refund of the fee. A "qualified meeting" is a booked discovery call of no less than 20 minutes with a Founder, CEO, Owner, or equivalent decision-maker with actual purchasing authority at a US-based company matching the agreed ICP profile, where the prospect expresses interest in your offering. Refunds are automatic — no request needed — and are initiated within 7 business days of the measured-window end, by bank transfer to a business bank account you designate in writing. 1. Overview
ENPITS stands behind the outcome of every Founding Pilot we run. We want you to be fully confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the Risk-Free Guarantee tied to qualified meeting outcomes.
This refund remedy is not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, revenue, or number of meetings beyond the qualified meeting threshold set out in Section 2. Lead-generation results depend on factors outside ENPITS's reasonable control, including market conditions, your product and pricing, and your team's follow-up. ENPITS provides services on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
2. Founding Pilot Risk-Free Guarantee
ENPITS Founding Pilot is a founder-led Done-for-You GTM service. It is a single offer at $3,000, charged one time — no tiers and no add-ons. It runs in two phases: a ~2-week setup (dedicated infrastructure + warm-up, borne by ENPITS and non-refundable) and a 45-day measured window beginning on the first cold-email send (the "Kickoff Date"). The guarantee threshold below is measured against the 45-day measured window, not the signing date.
Guarantee: If fewer than one qualified meeting is booked within the 45-day measured window, ENPITS will refund 100% of the fixed fee.
A "qualified meeting" is defined as a discovery call that satisfies ALL of the following conditions: (a) the prospect is a Founder, CEO, Owner, or equivalent decision-maker with actual purchasing authority at a US-based B2B company matching the approved ICP profile; (b) the call is held and the prospect attends for no less than 20 minutes (a no-show, cancellation, or call shorter than 20 minutes does not count as a qualified meeting); and (c) the prospect expresses interest in Client's offering during or after the call (for example, requesting a proposal, follow-up materials, or a next meeting). The refund is initiated within 7 business days of pilot end, by bank transfer to a business bank account designated by Client in writing.
The refund remedy in this Section 2 is Client's sole and exclusive remedy for ENPITS's failure to deliver the qualified meeting threshold. By accepting the refund, Client waives any additional claims, damages, or remedies arising out of the pilot engagement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Eligibility
The Risk-Free Guarantee in Section 2 applies automatically when the qualified meeting threshold is not met within the 45-day measured window. No request necessary. Specifically, you are eligible for a refund when:
- Fewer than one qualified meeting is booked within the 45-day measured window
- The qualified meeting definition in Section 2 is the binding standard
Client's obligations. The refund remedy is expressly conditioned on Client fulfilling its obligations throughout the pilot, including: (a) approving the agreed ICP within 3 business days of pilot start; (b) approving the target lead list within 3 business days of delivery; (c) responding to meeting-booking requests and reply approvals within 48 hours; and (d) providing timely access to any tools or accounts required. ENPITS's obligation to deliver a qualified meeting, and the refund remedy, are void if Client fails to meet these conditions.
The following are NOT covered by our Risk-Free Guarantee:
- Change of mind during the pilot: Cancelling the pilot before the 45-day measured window ends after work has commenced
- ICP scope changes mid-pilot: Significant changes to the agreed ICP profile after pilot start (renegotiated as a new pilot)
- Client unresponsiveness: Failure to respond to reply approval requests or weekly review touchpoints for more than 5 consecutive business days
- Third-party service disruptions: Major email deliverability incidents caused by third-party platforms beyond reasonable control
- Discovery call no-shows by your team: Booked meetings that you or your team fail to attend (still counted as qualified meetings)
4. Refund Process
Refunds under the Founding Pilot Risk-Free Guarantee are automatic. If the qualified meeting threshold is not met by the end of the 45-day measured window:
- ENPITS notifies you in the final weekly review (final week of the measured window)
- ENPITS asks you, at Kickoff, to designate in writing the business bank account that a refund would be sent to (so the rail is ready before it is needed)
- ENPITS initiates the transfer to that account within 7 business days of the end of the measured window. No request from you is necessary.
- International transfer fees are borne by ENPITS. No card reversal, chargeback, or cheque is required or offered.
If you believe a qualified meeting was incorrectly excluded from the count, email support@enpits.io within 7 days of pilot end. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and review the dispute within 5 business days.
5. Post-Pilot Engagements
After the pilot, both parties decide whether to continue, month-to-month. There is no auto-renewal and no required termination notice.
If you choose to continue with a follow-on engagement, refund terms for that engagement are defined in the new project agreement. The Founding Pilot Risk-Free Guarantee in Section 2 applies only to the initial pilot's 45-day measured window.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage direct communication before filing a dispute with your payment provider. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@enpits.io first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays, additional fees from payment processors, and potential suspension of your account. We respond to all refund inquiries within 48 hours.
