1. Overview
ENPITS stands behind the quality of every automation package we deliver. We want you to be fully confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for our services.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your automation package doesn't work as described in the project scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We measure the 14-day period from the date we deliver the completed automation to you and confirm it is live and operational.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must demonstrate that the delivered automation does not perform the core functions specified in the agreed project scope document.
3. Eligibility
A refund applies when the delivered automation does not perform the functions specified in the agreed project scope. Specifically, you are eligible for a refund if:
- The automation fails to execute the workflows described in the project scope
- Core functionality is missing or broken as defined in the scope agreement
- The automation produces consistently incorrect results for tasks specified in the scope
The following are NOT covered by our refund guarantee:
- Change of mind after delivery: Deciding you no longer need the automation after it has been built and delivered as specified
- Additional features beyond original scope: Requesting functionality that was not included in the agreed project scope
- Third-party service changes: Issues caused by changes to third-party APIs, services, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Slack) after delivery
- Client-side configuration issues: Problems arising from changes you made to the automation, your accounts, or your credentials after delivery
- Market or business performance: Dissatisfaction with business results (e.g., lead response rates, conversion rates) when the automation itself functions as specified
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@enpits.io with the following details:
- Your name and company name
- The project or automation package in question
- A clear description of what is not working as specified in the project scope
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, execution logs)
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and work with you to either resolve the issue or process your refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Custom Projects
For custom-scoped projects with individually negotiated terms, refund terms are defined in the individual project agreement or scope document. If no specific refund terms are included in the project agreement, this Refund Policy applies by default.
For ongoing maintenance subscriptions, please refer to the cancellation and refund terms in our Terms of Service (Section 5).
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage direct communication before filing a dispute with your payment provider. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@enpits.io first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays, additional fees from payment processors, and potential suspension of your account. We respond to all refund inquiries within 48 hours.
