Backed by: the 45-Day Proof Window Guarantee

The Outbound Engine Install (sold under the Founding Client Program) is a founder-led Done-for-You outbound service. It is a single offer: $3,000, one time. The engagement runs in two phases: a ~2-week setup (dedicated sending infrastructure + warm-up, built at ENPITS's own cost and not counted toward the measured window — your $3,000 remains fully covered by the guarantee) followed by the 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1) — a 45-day measured window that begins on the first cold-email send date ("Kickoff"), not the signing date. If the 45-day window doesn't put a qualified meeting on your calendar, you pay nothing — 100% refund, automatic. The bet is ours, not yours. Qualified = a discovery call actually held, with someone whose title is listed as a qualifying decision-maker title on the ICP Criteria Sheet we co-sign at kickoff, at a company matching that same sheet, attended for at least 15 minutes. Every meeting is measured against that sheet — and you can challenge in writing any meeting count you believe is wrong (see Section 4). Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of the measured-window end, by bank transfer to a business bank account you designate in writing. Contact brooks@enpits.io with any questions.

1. Overview

ENPITS stands behind the outcome of every engine we install and run. We want you to be fully confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the guarantee tied to qualified meeting outcomes: the bet is ours, not yours.

This refund remedy is not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, revenue, or number of meetings beyond the qualified meeting threshold set out in Section 2. Lead-generation results depend on factors outside ENPITS's reasonable control, including market conditions, your product and pricing, and your team's follow-up. ENPITS provides services on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

2. The 45-Day Proof Window Guarantee

The Outbound Engine Install (sold under the Founding Client Program) is a founder-led Done-for-You outbound service. It is a single offer at $3,000, charged one time — no tiers and no add-ons. It runs in two phases: a ~2-week setup (dedicated infrastructure + warm-up, built at ENPITS's own cost and not counted toward the measured window) and the 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1), a 45-day measured window beginning on the first cold-email send (the "Kickoff Date"). The guarantee threshold below is measured against the 45-day measured window, not the signing date.

Guarantee: If the 45-day measured window ends with fewer than one qualified meeting delivered, ENPITS refunds 100% of the fixed fee — automatically. The bet is ours, not yours.

A "qualified meeting" is defined as a discovery call that satisfies both of the following conditions: (a) the attending individual holds a title listed as a qualifying decision-maker title on the ICP Criteria Sheet we co-sign at kickoff, at a US-based B2B company matching that same sheet; and (b) the call is held and that individual attends for at least 15 minutes (a no-show, cancellation, or call shorter than 15 minutes does not count as a qualified meeting). A meeting booked before the last day of the measured window and held within 5 calendar days after it ends also counts as delivered, provided ENPITS gives written notice of the booking before the window ends. Every meeting is measured against that co-signed sheet, and Client may challenge in writing any meeting Client believes misses it (see Section 4). The refund is initiated within 7 business days of the end of the measured window, by bank transfer to a business bank account designated by Client in writing, and ENPITS bears all transfer, conversion, and intermediary bank fees so that the refund reaches Client at no cost — full $3,000 net.

The refund remedy in this Section 2 is Client's sole and exclusive remedy for ENPITS's failure to deliver the qualified meeting threshold. By accepting the refund, Client waives any additional claims, damages, or remedies arising out of the engagement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

The guarantee in Section 2 applies automatically when the qualified meeting threshold is not met within the 45-day measured window. No request necessary. Specifically, you are eligible for a refund when:

  • Fewer than one qualified meeting is delivered within the 45-day measured window (a meeting booked before the window ends and held within 5 calendar days after also counts — see Section 2)
  • The qualified meeting definition in Section 2 is the binding standard

Client's obligations. The refund remedy is expressly conditioned on Client fulfilling its obligations throughout the engagement, including: (a) approving the agreed ICP within 3 business days of ENPITS's request; (b) approving the target lead list within 3 business days of ENPITS's request; (c) responding to meeting-coordination and booking requests within 48 hours; and (d) providing access, assets, and approvals reasonably required to perform the services within 3 business days of ENPITS's request. If Client is late on any of these, the measured window is extended day-for-day for each business day of Client-caused delay (up to a cumulative maximum of 10 business days). The refund remedy is void and the fee is forfeited if Client's cumulative delay materially prevents ENPITS from completing the full 45-day measured window.

The following are NOT covered by the guarantee:

  • Change of mind during the engagement: Cancelling before the 45-day measured window ends is not a guarantee refund — early termination is handled under the agreement's termination terms (which provide a pro-rata refund of the unused portion in defined cases)
  • ICP scope changes mid-engagement: Significant changes to the agreed ICP profile after the engagement starts (renegotiated as a new engagement)
  • Client-caused delay: Missing the response windows in the Client's obligations paragraph above is handled as described there: the measured window extends day-for-day (up to 10 business days), and the refund remedy is void and the fee is forfeited if your cumulative delay materially prevents the full 45-day window (agreement §2.3(e))
  • Third-party service disruptions: Major email deliverability incidents caused by third-party platforms beyond reasonable control

No-shows by your team. This page does not treat a meeting your side misses as a separate case: whether a meeting counts is decided by the qualified meeting definition in Section 2, and your side's response obligations are set out above. The signed agreement governs.

4. Refund Process

Refunds under the 45-Day Proof Window Guarantee are automatic. If the qualified meeting threshold is not met by the end of the 45-day measured window:

  • ENPITS notifies you in the final weekly review (final week of the measured window)
  • ENPITS asks you, at Kickoff, to designate in writing the business bank account that a refund would be sent to (so the rail is ready before it is needed)
  • ENPITS initiates the transfer to that account within 7 business days of the end of the measured window. No request from you is necessary. (If a meeting booked before the window ends is still eligible to be held within the 5-day post-window period, the 7-business-day clock runs from the close of that window and the final determination of that meeting — so a refund is not initiated while a qualified meeting may still be delivered.)
  • International transfer fees are borne by ENPITS. No card reversal, chargeback, or cheque is required or offered.

If you believe a specific meeting was incorrectly counted as qualified, you may challenge it in writing within 3 business days of that meeting. In that same window, send us the attendance record from your meeting tool — or an equivalent written record showing who attended, their title, and how long they stayed. We are not in the room, so that record is the evidence; if you do not send it, you cannot rely on its absence to support your challenge. If you believe the final qualified-meeting count is wrong, email brooks@enpits.io within 5 business days of receiving the refund notice. We will acknowledge within 48 hours. A count dispute does not delay the automatic refund.

5. Continuing After the Proof Window

At the end of the measured window, both parties decide whether to continue, month-to-month. There is no auto-renewal; either side can end the monthly retainer on 30 days' written notice, and either side can end the Program itself on 15 days' written notice under the agreement.

If you choose to continue with a follow-on engagement, refund terms for that engagement are defined in the new project agreement. The guarantee in Section 2 applies only to the initial engagement's 45-day measured window.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage direct communication before filing a dispute with your payment provider. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at brooks@enpits.io first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays, additional fees from payment processors, and potential suspension of your account. We respond to all refund inquiries within 48 hours.
