I build and run your entire outbound pipeline — ICP targeting, personalized email, reply triage — so the only thing in your calendar is qualified meetings.

You are paying for activity, not pipeline.

01

Big agencies blast 10k generic emails

Your domain reputation gets burned. Replies are mostly unsubscribes.

02

An in-house SDR is a six-figure bet

Salary, tooling, ramp time. Months before you know if the hire works.

03

DIY automation breaks at 3am

Something fails on Saturday. You find out Monday from a missing pipeline.

One engineer. One pipeline. Built around your ICP.

Four steps to build, then I run it. You see every workflow, every prompt, every metric.

Step 1 · Week 1

ICP and signal mapping

I define exactly who counts as a qualified lead. Industry, headcount, role, hiring signals. No vibes.

Step 2 · Week 1

Sourcing and enrichment

Verified data sources feed a clean lead table. Every email validated before send.

Step 3 · Week 2

Personalized outreach engine

Each email rewritten per-lead signal. 60-90 words. CAN-SPAM compliant by default.

Step 4 · Ongoing

Qualified meetings in your calendar

Positive replies land in your Slack within minutes. You only see meetings worth taking.

Pick the tier that matches your pipeline.

Monthly. Cancel anytime. Less than a part-time BDR.

Hi, I am Brooks.

I run ENPITS solo from Incheon, South Korea. No account manager. No sales team. When you hire ENPITS, I am the one writing the workflows, tuning the prompts, and replying to your Slack at 7am your time.

I cap my roster at 3-5 clients. Not 30. Big agencies hide the operator behind layers. I am the operator. You can audit every prompt and every node I touch.

Things people ask before they book.

How fast can you start?

Founding tier: within 5 business days from contract. Higher tiers: 7 to 14 days depending on integrations.

Do I need to be on calls?

No. Onboarding is one 20 minute audit call. After that, everything runs in Slack and Loom.

Who owns the workflows?

You do. If you ever cancel, I export every workflow, prompt, and lead list and hand them over. No lock in.

What about CAN-SPAM and CCPA?

Every send includes a physical mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Opt outs honored within 24 hours.

You are in Korea. Is the time zone a problem?

No. It is the opposite. While you sleep, I ship. You wake up to a Slack update and a Loom recap.

What is the refund policy?

First month, prorated refund any time. After month one, monthly. Cancel anytime by Slack message.

How is this different from a typical lead-gen agency?

Most agencies run your campaign on shared infrastructure with templates everyone else uses. I build your campaign on your infrastructure with copy written for your ICP. You keep everything if you leave.

What if I have no ICP defined?

That is what the audit call is for. I pin down ICP, signals, and offer in 20 minutes. No charge.

07 — Get Started

Audit your outbound
in 20 minutes.

No pitch deck. No upsell. I tell you what is broken and what to fix first. You keep the audit either way.
