The Outbound Engine Install · Founding Client Program — 3 Slots

Most founders don't have a lead problem. They have an "I'll do it myself" problem.

Your first outbound engine — built and run for you, before your first sales hire.
You just take the meetings.

I build and run your cold outbound end-to-end: dedicated sending domains, warm-up, your ICP list, the copy, the sending, and every reply managed. All of it included — setup priced in, nothing given away.

$3,000, once. You work directly with me, not an account manager.

Apply for a Founding Slot 3 quick questions, prefilled. 90 seconds. I read every one personally.
Three founding slots — one per named case study. Built end-to-end on your ICP. Async-first. Email and weekly Loom.

The Proof

The cold email that reached you is the product.

If a cold email brought you here, you've already seen the work: the targeting that found you, the copy that didn't read like a template, the send that landed in your inbox. And if you arrived some other way — the same engine runs on my own pipeline every week, before it ever runs on yours.

Application-only Founder-run · no SDR farm No lock-in · month-to-month 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1)
The Problem

This is your Tuesday morning.

You're still prospecting by hand

You're the founder, and you're also the sales team. Everyone else is heads-down on the work. So who's filling the pipeline? You. At 11pm. Copying names from LinkedIn into a spreadsheet.

Your outreach sounds like everyone else's

You know templated emails get deleted. But writing personalized messages for 50 prospects a week? That's a full-time job you can't afford.

Warm leads go cold because nobody followed up

That prospect who said "send me more info" three weeks ago? Gone. You meant to follow up. Client work got in the way. Revenue slipped away silently.

The Fix

I run everything between "lead found" and "meeting booked."

Done-for-you lead sourcing

I source and score leads matching your ICP. No manual research on your side.

Hyper-personalized outreach at scale

Every message is tailored to the prospect's context. Not "Hi {first_name}" templates.

Follow-ups that never miss

Every prospect gets the right follow-up at the right time. Nothing slips.

The Difference

Your Monday morning: before and after.

Before: Manual Grind
Mon 9:00am Open LinkedIn, search for leads
Mon 9:15am Copy name, open a lead database
Mon 9:30am Hunt for the email, switch to your inbox
Mon 9:45am Write personalized email
Mon 10:00am Send. Repeat for next lead.
Mon 10:15am Check who didn't reply last week
Mon 10:30am Write follow-up. Send.
~10 hours/week doing this
After: Done-for-You Pipeline
I run it for you:
--> Finds leads matching your ICP
--> Scores and prioritizes every lead
--> Sends personalized outreach
--> Follows up on schedule
--> Briefs every warm reply to you
You: Check your inbox for the warm replies
Your Options

Why most outbound doesn't work for founder-led teams.

Do it yourself

At 11pm, between client work. It's the first thing to slip the week you get busy.

Hand it to a junior

Templated emails, no training. Your brand goes out sounding like everyone else.

Sign a long agency retainer

Locked in for months before you've seen a single meeting booked. Results come later, if at all.

Do nothing

Pipeline stays empty. Growth depends on referrals you can't control.

What you actually want: no lock-in, real accountability, a founder who runs it personally, and leads verified before a single send.

That's exactly how I built ENPITS.

Process

Apply today. Live in two weeks. Proven at day 45.

01
Day 0

We Audit

Email me 3 quick questions about your business. I review your current outbound and map where the pipeline breaks. You get a written audit back within 48 hours.

02
Week 1-2 · Setup included, priced in

We Launch

I stand up dedicated sending domains and mailboxes (never your main domain) and warm them up over ~2 weeks. Your ICP list and sequence copy get built and signed off. Then the first email goes out and your 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1) begins.

03
Kickoff → Day 45

You Scale

Your pipeline runs without you: leads sourced, scored, contacted, and followed up on schedule. You step in only for the warm replies, and focus on closing deals and serving clients.

04
Day 45

The Day-45 decision

Not a 45-day experiment — Stage 1 of a partnership. At Day-45 I bring you the pipeline math in your numbers (your ACV × your close rate), and you decide: continue month to month at the locked founding rate, or walk. Either way, the assets I built stay yours. The window itself is backed — see the note at the bottom of this page.

Who Runs This

One founder.
Your outbound, end to end.

I'm Brooks Jeong, founder of ENPITS. I run cold outbound on my own business first, using the same sourcing, sequencing, and follow-up process I run for Founding Client Program clients. You work with me directly: no account managers, no junior SDRs, no handoffs.

Connect with me on LinkedIn

The Outbound Engine Install is a single offer: $3,000, charged once. I run every engine myself, so there are three founding slots — one per named case study we need, onboarded one at a time. In exchange for the price lock: a named case study, a testimonial, and two reference calls — agreed in writing before we start. When the slots fill, new clients pay $4,500. Application only: I review each one personally and take the ones that are a genuine fit.

I work with B2B founders and owners tired of doing outbound by hand. I keep the founding cohort small so each system gets the attention it deserves.

Zero-Defect Standard

Every message is checked before it goes out: no broken merge tags, no wrong names, nothing that makes you look automated to your prospects.

Built to Outlast, Not Impress

No flashy dashboards or vanity metrics. Just booked meetings on your calendar and weekly numbers you can act on.

You Get the Founder, Not a Junior

No account managers, no junior SDRs, no handoffs. I personally source, write, send, and follow up on every campaign.

Why Choose ENPITS

01

Agencies spread thin. I go deep.

A typical US agency juggles 30-40 clients with junior staff. ENPITS takes on a handful of clients at a time. Every system gets the attention it deserves.

02

Outreach that protects your reputation.

Dedicated domains, proper warm-up, verified emails, and CAN-SPAM compliant sending come standard. Not as an upsell.

03

The Outbound Engine Install. $3,000, once.

Full engine built and run on your ICP: ~2-week setup, then the 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1) from your first send. At Day-45 we review the pipeline math in your numbers and decide together whether to continue. No auto-billing, no surprises.

04

Your pipeline runs while you sleep.

Sourcing, sending, and follow-up happen on schedule without you. I watch the numbers daily, so a stalled sequence or a dip in replies gets caught and fixed fast.

Pricing

One engine. One price. Once.

$3,000, once — covering setup and the full 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1). Not a 45-day experiment, but Stage 1 of a partnership: at Day-45 we bring you the pipeline math in your numbers (your ACV × your close rate), and you decide — continue at $3,000/mo, locked for as long as you remain a client, or walk. Month to month. The lock is on the price, not on you.

How it runs: ~2-week setup (dedicated infrastructure + warm-up, included and priced in — never your main domain), then the 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1) from your first send. One-time fee, then $3,000/month to continue — month to month, locked for as long as you remain a client. No auto-renewal, no termination notice. Full details on the Pricing page.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do I have to do any of the outbound work myself?
No work on your side. I handle everything: sourcing, copy, sending, and follow-up. You just sign off on the ICP and messaging, then check your inbox for the warm replies.
What if the campaign isn't getting replies?
During the Program, I watch every campaign closely and adjust targeting, copy, and follow-ups to lift replies, at no extra cost. There is nothing for you to maintain. The window itself is backed — see the note at the bottom of this page and our Refund Policy for exactly how. If we continue past the window, we agree the ongoing scope together at the Day-45 review.
How long does setup take?
Two phases, no surprises. Setup is about two weeks: I stand up dedicated sending domains and mailboxes (your main domain is never used for outreach, so its reputation stays protected), warm them up, and build and get your sign-off on the prospect list and the copy. Then the live window begins. The first email goes out (your "Kickoff" date) and the 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1) — the window everything is measured against — starts from that first send, not from the day you sign. You get a full 45 days of live outreach, not a clock half-eaten by warm-up. A real outbound program can't show meaningful results in a single warm-up week, and I won't pretend otherwise.
How do you protect my email domain and sender reputation?
Your main business domain is never used for cold outreach. I send from dedicated secondary domains and mailboxes set up for your campaign, so your primary domain's reputation is firewalled from anything that happens in outbound. Every email includes proper sender identification, a physical address, and one-click unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM compliant), with smart throttling and bounce-rate monitoring. Domain warm-up (about two weeks, before any real send) is built into setup.
How is this different from hiring a full-time SDR or doing it myself?
Your first sales hire runs $10K+/month fully loaded and takes months of ramp before the first meeting shows up. DIY means tool subscriptions plus your nights, on a domain you can't afford to burn. The Outbound Engine Install is $3,000, once: a dedicated engine built and run for you, live in about two weeks. Continue only if it works, at $3,000/month, month to month — the lock is on the price, not on you. Outreach runs on dedicated sending infrastructure, never your main domain. No auto-renewal, no termination notice. Client communication is async-first (email, Loom), with replies within one US business day. One offer, one price — no add-ons, no upsell.
Does this work for my specific industry?
The Outbound Engine Install is designed for US B2B founders and owners who carry their own outbound and want a predictable pipeline without hiring a full-time SDR. During the application review, I'll evaluate whether your ICP and sales motion are a good fit. I'll tell you honestly if they're not.
Why should I trust someone with zero public reviews?
Fair question. The founding cohort means zero published testimonials right now — that's exactly what the Founding Client Program is for: three slots, one per named case study we need, priced to earn those case studies. Two things stand in for reviews. First, the work itself: if a cold email from me brought you here, you've already seen the product running. Second, the bet is mine, not yours — see the "Backed by" note at the bottom of this page. Application-only access. I review every application personally. If your ICP doesn't fit, I'll tell you. The system is live: I run this exact outbound process on my own pipeline every week.
When will paid pricing be available?
Founding Client Program pricing is live now: $3,000, once, for three founding slots — one per named case study we need. When the slots fill, new clients pay $4,500. The founding rate is deliberately below market because I want to earn those case studies, not invoice for promises.
What happens after the 45-day window if I want to continue?
We talk at Day-45, with the pipeline math in your numbers (your ACV × your close rate) on the table. If you want to continue, it's $3,000/mo — locked for as long as you remain a client — in writing, month-to-month, nothing automatic, ever. The lock is on the price, not on you.
Why a 45-Day Proof Window instead of a project fee?
I want to earn the case study, not borrow trust. A live 45-day window lets you see the engine work on your data, not a slide deck. It also keeps me honest: this isn't a 45-day experiment, it's Stage 1 of a partnership — and if it doesn't deliver, you walk away with everything that got built.

Ready to stop chasing
and start closing?

Apply for the Founding Client Program — three slots, one per named case study. 3 quick questions, 90 seconds. If your ICP fits, I send a 20-minute audit slot and start setup within 7 days of a signed agreement; the 45-Day Proof Window (Stage 1) begins at your first send (~2 weeks later). $3,000, once.

Backed by: if the 45-day window doesn't put a qualified meeting on your calendar, you pay nothing — 100% refund, automatic. The bet is ours, not yours. Qualified = the ICP criteria we co-sign at kickoff. Every meeting is measured against that sheet — and you can challenge in writing any meeting that misses it.
